Does warehouse intelligence really matter?

The main difference between intelligent logistics and amr roboticstraditional logistics lies in the warehouse link. That is, the progress of intelligent warehousing is equivalent to the progress of intelligent logistics. Therefore, well-known companies are implementing warehouse intelligence, which has resulted in impressive results. They are now in the "decision revolution" stage. I have made some points in this article, but I would appreciate corrections if I have missed anything.

Intelligent warehousing is imperative

Enterprises are facing a challenge of efficiency and effectiveness in the warehousing industry, and intelligent warehousing can help them achieve both. Effective warehousing reduces operating costs and improves efficiency, therefore saving time and effort.

It is critical to reduce logistics costs in warehouses, since storage and management costs account for nearly half of total logistics costs.

As e-commerce continues to grow in China, the logistics industry is also adapting to the changing needs of buyers. With a boom in the development of warehouse automation, large and small warehouses are being built all across the country. However, traditional warehousing operations are inefficient and can’t keep up with the fast paced requirements of e-commerce. In addition, with a large number of orders being shipped in different parts of the country, it can be difficult to process orders accurately and on time.Warehouses must be developed into intelligent unmanned systems in order to meet this challenge.

Increasing efficiency and reducing costs are two sides of the same coin when it comes to intelligent storage. The rise in labor costs is an unquestionable fact we all feel. During a small renovation at home, materials aren't very expensive, but renovator costs are the bulk of the project. Warehouse labor is repetitive, so intensity increases, working conditions worsen, and labor costs rise.

Intelligent storage machines are predicted to replace about 90% of the manpower, greatly reducing labor costs as intelligence increases.

Intelligent storage can save 87% of the land area compared to traditional storage, so it's not a gimmick from a benefits perspective.

Intelligent storage is one example of a technology that can save 1% of the cost or increase 1% of market volume.
